Couple here was really nice and food was prepared quickly. Fish was soft, not fishy taste, really amazing. Fries were huge portion. You get it into paper package and you take it with you. We took it to beach and enjoyed it with nice view. It is nothing fancy, but we got nicely full after long day. I'm giving the 5th star for the guy who took our order, as it took us long time to decide and he was very kind, patient and friendly.

Wow! Im so jelly of the locals that they've got a delicious fish n chip shop in their neighbourhood! That's gotta be the best fish n chips I've had so far. Friendly service from the couple who run the shop. The Fish wasn't dry, the chips were cooked perfect to my liking. I definitely will be back!

Another outstanding fish and chips in town. Classic decor of traditional fish'and chips shop. Runs by a lovely Chinese family. So far we love the service and the foods there.

Delicous fish! Chips: fresh, crispy, not too greasy or too salty. Reasonably quick and friendly. Small shop, but chill. Great for on the beach.

Family run and very clean and good value. It does get busy on a weekend bit you can phone in an order. The chips are great and always a lovely golden colour so cooked in clean oil. They offer crumbed fish for an extra $1. The burgers and good as well and I would highly recommend the curry rolls, which are made in store.

A regular looking NZ fish and chippy place with outstanding F&C’s and meat Pattie’s are super yummy and the chippies are also very yummy. A good variety of choices. Yet to try burgers . I’m am really fussy about where I buy F&C’s so this was a lovely surprise to find another good one in Christchurch
